Delivery, Returns & Exchange

DELIVERY

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
We have NO control over import duties and country taxes as they are charged by your customs/tax office.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER

We’d like to reach the whole world…eventually, but things are not that simple and we prefer to start small. In the meantime, we aim to deliver to:
UK mainland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, Europe, United States and Canada

DELIVERY COST AND WAITING TIME

We’ve tried to keep the prices down as much as possible. Because finishes of the garments are custom made we cannot guarantee next day delivery, you have to consider approximately 10 days in total (from we make the garment to arriving at your home):

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

ORDERS OVER TWO DELIVERIES POSTAGE PAYMENTS

You only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. But if you are an international customer you maybe have to pay the import duties and taxes charged by your local customs office.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN WHEN ITEM IS DELIVERED

Don’t worry. Your probably find a card saying they’ve called, but no one was at home. There’ll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day or collect from your local
post office.

FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS

We know you all like free postage and we do offer occasionally free UK deliveries for purchases over £100 with a code. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the
price of the clothes going up, which wouldn’t be popular either). The old cliché that ‘the customer pays in the end’ is true in this case we are afraid.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER YOU WILL GET BACK THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES PAID

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).

PAYMENT

Prices quoted are based on UK delivery. For non-UK deliveries local tax will apply and the price may be adjusted at check out.
capr-style.com accept most major credit/debit cards and you would be redirected to a secure paying system.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

CANCELLING AN ORDER/RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping bag.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures. We operate No Quibbles Returns policy on our standard orders.
For standard orders once we’ve heard that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will have 3 months from the original dispatch date to return the goods, if the goods are not returned to us by this time we will charge your account for the goods. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to CAPR-STYLE LTD, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
Unfortunately due to the nature of some of our products they cannot be returned in exchange for a refund. If an order is placed with alterations beyond the customisation options we offer as standard you will be unable to cancel or return the order after the point of dispatch, except in the instance of non-delivery, damaged or defective goods provided you inform us of the problem in writing at the mail address or by email stated in the confirmation email withing 10 working days of the delivery of the goods. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION

You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

You may return most items sold by capr-style.com within 3 months of receipt from the date of dispatch for a full refund on the items.
We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 3 months of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. Just let us know that you are returning the item and we will walk you through the returns process if you need some help.
Within this period (3 months of your order arriving) you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations but garments that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by little hands, worn while decorating and so forth, don’t qualify for return.
So if you’re not happy, we will give you account credit for the amount you paid for that item. Almost all of you are lovely people and will see this as us being helpful and confident about how well made our clothes are, but there will be a few who might look on this as an opportunity to refresh their wardrobe for free each season.
Anyone repeatedly trying to do this will get spotted, and a dim view will be taken, probably resulting in us parting company. When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. Should anything spring a fault in the first 3 months, we will, of course, give you your money back.

IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DO NOT FIT

It is not a problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please send us an email telling us why you would like to return them.

IF YOU ARE AWAY FOR A MONTH AND YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM WHEN YOU GET BACK

There is no need to worry as you have a maximum of 3 months to return the goods (although this is reduced to 7 days on “Sale goods” so we can get them back into stock before the sale ends).

FREE RETURNS OPTION

We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to not cover postage and packaging costs on returns. We do sometimes offer free returns during special promotions

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but, as stated in the catalogue and website, it can take up to twenty-one days when we’re very busy. We will try our best to reduce the time of returns.

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

capr-style.com will be happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 3 months from the date of dispatch.

POSTAGE PAYMENTS FOR EXCHANGE ITEMS

Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free. For any return made please keep the statement or receipt of postage until we confirm that your clothes have arrive.

IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us.

PERIOD YOU HAVE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS

As with returns, we offer you 3 months to make your mind up on standard orders.
